By purchasing from Art by Jennifer Bach, you agree to the following:

1. All artwork, prints, journals, calendars, phone-cases, candles and other products are fulfilled via print-on-demand partners (Gooten, Printful). We do not hold inventory of every item.
2. Once an order enters production, cancellations, changes to address or specification cannot always be accommodated (per Gooten: “Orders are not charged until they are sent to production… but once in production we cannot make changes”). 
3. Ownership & copyright: All designs are the original work of Jennifer Bach and are protected by copyright. Products are sold for personal use only and may not be resold or reproduced commercially without permission.
4. Pricing, availability, and product images may change without notice. We try to keep things accurate, but slight variations (in colour, size, texture) may occur—especially when items are printed on demand.
5. Limitation of liability: Our liability is limited to the purchase price of the product. We are not liable for indirect, special, or consequential damages.
6. If you have a dispute or claim, you must notify us within 30 days of delivery to allow us to address it.
7. These terms do not affect your statutory rights under consumer protection laws where applicable.
