Refund & Returns Policy
We want you to feel joy when your art arrives. If something isn’t right, here’s what you need to know:
What we accept:
- If your item arrives damaged, defective, or you received the wrong item, please email support@artbyjenniferbach.com within 14 days of delivery with your order number and clear photos. We’ll arrange a replacement or refund.
- For items simply ordered in error (wrong size, changed mind, etc.)—because we work with print-on-demand partners, we’re unable to offer refunds or exchanges for “change of mind” purchases once the order enters production.
What happens next:
- Once we receive your request (photos + order number), we will review and either reprint/replace the item at no cost if the issue was our fault (fulfillment error or damage).
- If the issue is due to an incorrect address, change of mind, or other reason not caused by us, we may offer a replacement at your extra cost or decline a refund.
Returns:
- Most items are printed on demand and cannot be returned for credit: our partner Gooten states that they “do not accept returned orders … we cannot issue refunds for any returned orders.”
- Because of this, if you’d like to return something simply because you changed your mind, it won’t be accepted unless the item has a manufacturing fault.
Shipping Policy
- Your order will be printed and shipped by our partner fulfillment providers as soon as possible (typical production time will vary by item and partner).
- You’ll receive a shipping notification + tracking link once your order leaves the production facility.
- We are not responsible for shipping delays caused by carriers, customs, or factors outside our fulfillment partner’s control.
- Please double-check your shipping address when you place your order. If an order is returned because of an incorrect or incomplete address you provided, you will be responsible for any re-shipping costs.
